Gaman Gaisha LLC uses a Low Volume Mixed SMS campaign to send texts to opted-in leads and clients for fitness, health, and martial arts programs. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, class schedule updates, missed call and webchat follow-ups, customer care replies, and promotional offers for new members. Opt-in is collected through our website forms, class scheduler, webchat, and in-person registration. Message frequency varies by recipient activity, typically 1 to 4 messages per week, with additional messages around appointments, classes, or active conversations. Automated and promotional messages include opt-out and assistance instructions. Business names used publicly include Raven’s Post Gym & Wellness Center, Raven’s Post Gym, and Gaman Dojo.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
